Take a survey to which leaders have the best record, and displays a list of those who wrote most of their produce. This perception is wrong, the best known leaders are usually not the most perfect of them, but rather the leaders excel in celebrity get attention.
If you become a leader, what works, how to get recognition and influence that you deserve?

Before the commencement of his PhD in strategic management for 44 years, Rush University, Dr. Chingosho already immersed in learning as most people dive into the pool on a hot day. . . with a total commitment and enthusiasm. He has earned not one, not two, but three masters degrees – Master of Engineering Loughborough University in England, an MBA from the University of Zimbabwe, a Master Trade in transport economics at the University of South Africa. Dr. Chingosho is bright, and he is a very hard worker.
Professional recognition from his academic achievements. After less than ten years of service in the Air Force of Zimbabwe, has been appointed captain of the group and director of technology, a leadership role that included more than 1000 people in critical maintenance. To have drawn from the Air Force, he accepted a position as Managing Director of Technology for Air Zimbabwe, a position he held until his current retired with the Afrikaans Airlines Association.
In a quest to find and recruit him for the Afrikaans Airlines Association, it became clear that the association of Dr. Chingosho was the best qualified person in Africa to deal with engineering, operations, environment, communications, navigation and the air traffic control issues and implementation of a large training these areas. Despite this success, professional, relatively few people who were not involved in aviation in Zimbabwe knew it.
At that point, Dr. Chingosho Rush at the University as a student. Rush was elected because the university gave him the freedom to teach in areas that directly help him achieve his career goals and learn to focus. As a busy executive, he needed a school that would have a flexible format so that they can take courses without their work.
Rush as part of his studies, Dr. Chingosho write a thesis, which turned into a book called Afrikaans Airlines in the Era of liberalization, which was later published by the Association. The book covers the main aspects for all stakeholders of the Afrikaans offer in the coming decades, and offers several plans for greater success.
This book is deeply affected his life. Here is what Dr. Chingosho say about the experience:
”Publishing a book on Africa to offer me and my organization’s fame and earnings, and helps our shareholders informed decisions about the airline on the European continent. The book is frequently quoted in various stakeholders at conferences and to decide how often there are no other reliable source of comprehensive information on Afrikaans air transport.
”I was surprised by the large number of people, many of whom I never met, who come to me and express appreciation for providing them a vehicle to get Aviation business to know in Africa. I have now invited to speak at various conferences on a wide variety of topics. Afra is now recognized worldwide as the rays of the body on matters that the Afrikaans aviation industry, such as safety, security, infrastructure, environment, education, people, etc. Afra a point the world, including a U.S. European Union to share about the current issues related to aircraft.
”I have gained fame and recognition as an expert in the field and I am very happy to have their knowledge and experience with others.”
I’m Dr. Chingosho describes the role that education plays in the Rush’s success. Here is what he said to me:
”For the Afrikaans Aviation in the era of liberalization, I needed to write the book for a global audience to write Rush training. Helped me in various forms, writing a commercial non-fiction books I needed to knowing how to choose a topic, doing research on my topic. And look for Economic Competition Rush training. helped me with ideas on how to make a book cover design. I must know how to make choices to publish Rush training. turned my choice on whether to sell my book to the publisher or publish yourself to light. training also gave me how to make a suitable publisher to find and the agent will want to do.

After his graduation In 2004 Dr. Rush Chingosho acknowledge the excellent work by asking him to an associate professor in 2005 became. I am proud to say that Dr. Chingosho as one of my colleagues at the university.
